I’m Ken Juniour. I reside in Nairobi, where I create the future.

Coming from a family of creators, I was just destined to create. Having an engineer father and designer mother heavily influenced my decision to build on the internet.

Growing up with computers in the house, I got to tinker with them early on. But it wasn’t until later that I started thinking about creating my own applications. I started off as a hobby developer, making simple android apps; but I’ve since grown into a full-on software engineer, designing & building mobile apps, web applications and sites for nearly a decade now.

The designer in me has always been in-love with the arts; from abstract and realist paintings to fashion and architecture. I delight in visiting art galleries and attending fashion shows whenever I can, to just appreciate great art and probably purchase some pieces. Meeting the artists and designers is always great, I get to find out what went into creating some of their greatest pieces.

Today, I work part-time building user-facing technologies at EEI, an investment firm. I also analyse financial statements; something I’m keen on pursuing in the future, since I believe finance is the backbone of a robust economy.
